Alkis has more than 12 years’ experience in financial services compliance, investment management and corporate finance fields. He has headed the Compliance and AML Departments of several regulated Cyprus Investment Firms, offering brokerage services, fund management and investment banking advisory services. He has acted as the lead advisor in the raising of funds by listed companies, both through debt instruments and equity, as well as in a number of merger and acquisition deals involving listed entities. Alkis joined BAO Group in 2019 as a Compliance Officer and AMLCO in the Cyprus-based BAO Capital Partners Ltd.
